Sumatran (8-3-1) Helps plants thrive during growth and smoothly transition into flowering. SUPER NITRO (15.5-1-1) Harvested using earth-friendly methods… so, you get performance with principles! I am looking to purchase bat guano here just north of Dayton.
No stores have it here in Piqua anybody know where else I can get it? Why do you want to purchase that material when there are other materials more readily available and at lower cost? Harvesting of guano is quite hazardous to the health of those employed in that field. Conservation practices and sustainable harvesting procedures are rare in the field, and there are deadly risks for bats and workers alike. Perhaps if you'll share your reasons for wanting the guano, we can come up with suitable alternatives for you. If you really really want guano, do some good research to ensure that the product you buy is harvested under safe practices. It will say so on the label, but you should also try to find out the source of the product. I mix it in with my compost and worm casting to help with the frowning of my veggi garden and my potted plants indoors.i would like to go to a store local but if I have to order on line I will.thank you E.
Thank you for the link, very informative.Did not know this. A.M Leonard in Piqua has an excellent selection of fertilizers which you might consider as a substitute for the bat guano. Their prices are competitive, and there are periodic sales. I don't know if they have a retail store, or if they are just mail order. One of the things folks use bat guano for is the potassium nitrate content. Several of the Leonard sold fertilizers also use this material, in both soluble and controlled release formulations. For container gardening, controlled release formulations can be useful when mixing potting mix. I see that Hydrofarm sells quite a few different bat guanos, including ones for certified organic production, and ones harvested in a manner to be safe for bats. They have quite a few distributers in the country, so there may be one near you. In addition, there used to be places in Illinois and Kentucky with caves that harvested the guano for specialty gardening. One of the places in Kentucky I believe was a spot where the guano was used for the saltpeter to make gun powder in the civil war. These local places did not use to be very pricey, and were fun to visit. If there is a hydroponic store in your area they will have it. Blueberry Cookies, which is sometimes referred to as Blueberry Girl Scout Cookies, is a strain that’s become popularized for its appearance and delicious lineage. A cross between the Girl Scout Cookies Thin Mint variety and Blueberry Tahoe, this indica dominant hybrid strain boasts beautiful colors, fragrances, and effects that are equally appealing. When you come across this strain the first thing you’ll note is that it’s nearly completely purple as its violet hues along with blues overpower any trace of green leaves or flower. Pistils are viewable but seemingly scarce, being a deep burnt orange randomly scattered throughout the buds. Its name and lineage tell you everything you need to know about its scent and taste, being both sweet and fruity like a batch of nutty cookies with blueberries thrown into the batter. Sometimes you’ll find a hint of lemon or pine as well, with earthy undertones. Reviewers of this strain have indulged in Blueberry Cookies not only for its taste, but for its hybrid effects that is reported by some to promote balance in both body and mind. Some have noted a warmth spreads throughout the body, relieving tension in the joints and muscles while readying the consumer for a great night’s rest. Others have enjoyed this strain for its effects in the mind, calming racing thoughts or anxiety and paranoia.
Still others don’t mind how Blueberry Cookies can sometimes create couch-lock, leaving them ready to enjoy a night of binge-watching their favorite TV shows or movies. Every cannabis user has been there: out-and-about or otherwise unprepared, caught bong-less at the most crucial of times. It is here that true genius may shine through as Marijuana MacGyvers reveal themselves to be the resourceful, gifted ganja connoisseurs they really are. Everybody has probably made a pipe out of an apple at some point (or, maybe, an aluminum can – which can’t be good for your health) which is a great method in a pinch. But others have engineered smoking solutions that would make Rube Goldberg proud – using objects the rest of the world would never consider to make homemade bongs and pipes.
Thankfully, many cannabis creatives have shared their homemade paraphernalia on the internet. We’ve collected 10 of the most creative (and craziest) DIY bongs and pipes, hopefully to inspire more endo engineers to even higher levels of greatness. Those iconic honey bear containers can be easily made into a makeshift pipe.
