According to the weed advocacy group Marijuana Policy Project, they have a stated goal of 10 more states legalizing pot by 2017. Their targets include: Hawaii, Maryland, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Alaska, Arizona, California, Maine and Nevada. Of course, a lot will depend on how things go in Colorado.
If weed legalization is a success there, then more states will probably jump in line pretty quickly, especially considering the $200 million windfall that Colorado is expected to land. If, however, things go badly and the state becomes a lawless refuge of criminal drug addicts, expect weed legalization to have a long fight to come. Either way, it will certainly be a story to keep an eye on. A creature can be affected by the lingering damage of only one such infernal wound at a time. In addition, the subject gains resistance to fire 5. This resistance stacks with the resistance granted by other evil investiture spells (but not with multiple castings of investiture of the harvester devil). While this spell is in effect, magic weapons with the evil outsider bane special ability have full effect against the subject of the investiture.
