Hemp Seed Oil does not contain THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) or the other psychoactive constituents that are present in the dried leaves of Cannabis sativa.

Carrier Oils for Aromatherapy & Massage by Len Price mentions that Hemp Seed Oil contains approximately 8% saturated fat, 12% oleic acid (an omega-9 fatty acid), 55% linoleic acid (an omega-6 essential fatty acid), and 25% linolenic acid (an omega-3 essential fatty acid).
