Finally, an Easy-to-Follow Recipe for Homemade Weed Lube

Is there any pairing more hyped-up than weed and sex?

Most of you know by now that it’s possible to get your vagina high with weed lube (or get yourself debilitatingly high by drinking it)—but did you know that you can make your own at home? Take your Weed Week celebration to the bedroom, enjoy the benefits of increased sensitivity and stimulation, and get yours! (But remember: this weed lube does not mix well with latex condoms, so try another material or go solo on this one.)

Here’s what you’ll need to make weed lube: weed, scale, grinder, cheesecloth, hair tie, two jars, coconut oil, water, aloe, wooden spoon, tongs, and a pot

Step One: Measure 2-3 grams of weed

Step Two: Bring the water in a pot to a boil

Step Three: In a jar, mix weed with 3-4 tablespoons of coconut oil

Step Four: Seal the jar, and put it in the boiling water using tongs

Step Five: Let it simmer for about two hours

Step Six: Squeeze about a quarter cup of gel from your aloe leaves into your second jar

Step Seven: Cover the jar containing aloe with cheesecloth and secure the cloth around the jar using the hair tie, leaving a sort of pocket in the cloth to catch the weed

Step Eight: Using your tongs, remove the jar from the boiling water and allow it to cool a little bit. Remove the lid and pour the contents through the cheesecloth filter and into the aloe jar

Step Nine: Strain oil through the cheesecloth and squeeze the remaining oil out of the weed

Step Ten: Mix the contents together and allow it to cool down

The consistency of the lube might seem strange at first, but it’ll take on the qualities of coconut oil as it cools down. When it’s time to use your weed lube, warm it up in your hands and voila! Romance in a jar.

How to Make Your Own Cannabis Lube

At WeedSeedShop, we’re always looking for new ways to use all of that awesome cannabis that you’ve been growing. And making cannabis lube at home is the perfect way to use all those extra buds. Especially if you want to spice things up in the bedroom! In this article, you can learn how to make your own cannabis lubricant at home!

  • What’s the science behind cannabis lube?
  • Choosing your oil
    • Add aloe vera gel to make it extra slippery
  • The method for DIY cannabis lube
    • How to infuse your coconut oil
    • How to make the lubricant:

Are you ready to get your private bits tingling with cannabis sensations? Maybe it sounds a little bit strange, and maybe it is somewhat strange to go rubbing weed on your genitals.

But cannabis lube is no laughing matter. It’s a much more pleasurable one. And it’s completely unnecessary to shop online covertly for such items. You can make your very own cannabis lubricant!

Perhaps this product is not really for the one-night stand kind of sexual encounter. It requires making an oil-based lubricant, which condoms do not like. And we’re definitely advocates for safe sex.

So, you should either save this one for foreplay or work it into your baby making scheme. Ahh, a baby conceived at the hands of marijuana. Did anything ever sound sweeter?

What’s the science behind cannabis lube?

You might be asking yourself why anyone would go so far as to make a cannabis-based lubricant. OK – so this special kind of lube might not be entirely lubricating, but it definitely adds an extra element to the sexual experience.

The creator of BOND Sensual Oil told some interviewers about the science behind their product. THC actually dilates the smallest capillaries in the body (which is why it’s so good at treating glaucoma, by the way) and that includes those in the genitals.

The dilation of blood vessels causes increased blood circulation in the areas we like it the most, such as the extremities and genitals. The effect is the same if it is applied topically, only it doesn’t cure glaucoma – it just makes blood rush to your private parts. Yes – cannabis can actually induce sexual arousal for these reasons. While smoking weed adds to your sex life, so can applying it topically!

So, while you might not find cannabis lube super slimy and wet like traditional lubricants, you might find that they get all of the “natural” juice flowing, if you know what I mean. Cannabis lube is good for something like foreplay, let’s say. And if you want to throw a condom on, you’ll have to wait until the oily stuff has been absorbed by the skin to avoid damage to the latex.

Cannabis is not just for potheads, but for those who like to experiment in many different ways. Although it doesn’t actually get you high, it works by other very interesting means. And what a way to get to know what weed can do. So, if you’re not shy to get intimate with cannabis lube, there are a number of different ways you can whip some up. Let’s jump straight into it.
