Auto Seeds’ Auto Pounder Description

Auto Pounder is the yield king of autoflowering strains. Its massive harvests are comparable to many standard non-autos. This makes it an ideal choice for any commercial grower who would not usually consider autoflowering varieties yet would like the benefits an auto delivers. Auto Pounder was developed crossing our high production Auto #1 with two of the highest yielding strains available today: Sensi’s original Big Bud and the incredible yielding Power Plant.

Under optimal conditions, Auto Pounder can produce almost 1 pound (450g/m2) per square meter. Auto Pounder also maintains maximum flavour which is both sweet and fruity as well as excellent disease and pest resistance. To deliver such huge yields, Auto Pounder has a slightly larger stature than standard autos with a very high flower to leaf ratio and greater height, usually around 60-100cm. It will finish in as little as 70-80 days from seed. Auto Pounder is considered very easy to grow and is an excellent choice for beginners as well as more experienced growers.

Auto Pounder

Review

Auto Pounder is an autoflowering strain that has been specially bred to boost the yields of autoflowering types, which are generally lower than mainstream strains. Auto Pounder includes genetics from Big Bud, Power Plant, and Auto #1, which brings the autoflowering ruderalis genetics.

This weed has a sweet, skunky aroma and that’s also present in the flavor. The powerful high is physically sedating and mentally stimulating at the same time. Overindulgence can lead to couchlock but normal consumption will leave you alert and sharp. Medically, this weed can help with poor appetite and stress.

The plants grow somewhat larger than most diminutive autoflowering types and it can grow as tall as 100 centimetres, although it will often stop around 60 centimetres. The plants have a high bud to leaf count and the buds are roundish and dense. THC levels are in the medium range.

Indoors, most growers choose to grow this strain in separate pots and its autoflowering properties mean you don’t need to vary the lighting to make the plants flower. Flowering time is from nine to 10 weeks and yields can be as high as 450 grams per square metres.

Outdoors, Auto Pounder seeds can be grown in cooler climates as long as they are planted in well-conditioned soil in a sunny spot. Harvest in the northern hemisphere comes in mid-October.

To conclude this Auto Pounder review, this strain is quite easy to grow and it’s a good choice for beginners as there’s no need to operate complicated lighting phases. Auto Pounder is also a good bet for outdoor growers who don’t have much space or need to exercise discretion since it grows quite small.
